How much is the first month’s rent?

If a lease starts on the 1^st day of the month a full month’s rent is due.  If the lease starts anywhere between the 2^nd – 15^th day of the month then a pro-rated amount of rent is due upon move in.  If the lease starts after the 15^th of a month then a full month’s rent is due upon move in and only the pro-rate is due on the 1^st of the following month.
