When is rent due and what happens if it’s late?

Rent is due on the first of each month and it is considered late after the 5^th of the month.  If rent is not paid by the 5^th of the month then a $75.00 late fee is assessed.  Any late rent paid is required to be in a money order or cashier’s check and will not be accepted unless the $75.00 late fee is included.
