Liz joined Kent Strauss Management and Realty in 2010 as a summer temp who helped out with the office work and showing rental properties.  Liz fell in love with the rental industry and did such a great job during the summer that KSM kept her on full-time as the leasing assistant after her temporary position ended.  She eventually took over the marketing duties as well as her leasing duties and in 2016 became a property manager.

In 2012 she became a licensed sales associate and was the Tallahassee Board of Realtor’s nominee for rookie realtor of the year in both 2012 and 2013.  Now, Liz specializes in first-time home buyers.  She is great at walking first-time buyers through the process of finding a home, securing financing, negotiating contracts, and finalizing the purchase.  Additionally, Liz is a certified Short-Sale and Foreclosure Resource agent. Liz graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Accounting and a minor in finance in 2021 from Flagler College-Tallahassee.
