Shout out to Kent Strauss Management! I am proud to be a current tenant and have had the pleasure of living in one their properties for the past 16.5 years, and this October will mark 17 years.
This has truly been a great experience for me. Since moving to Tallahassee, coming from out of the area, finding a place to rent with such a responsive and professional management team has been incredible. Whenever something needs attention, they handle it swiftly and efficiently, even on weekends if can be fixed.
For example, last summer, my air conditioning went out on a Friday night. I made an emergency call, and they immediately took action. They brought in a portable air conditioner that night, which kept me comfortable until they could replace the entire unit on Monday.
I’m especially grateful for Liz S., Liz H., Andrea, Theresa and Trevor (still trying to see if he smiles) and shout out to Will, who has been there for less than two years and is also easy to work with. I don’t know who built such a great team, but they truly have something special.
Living at my current residence for 16 years has been a hassle free experience, and I appreciate the diligent management that keeps everything running smoothly

Sonya SummersNothing but good things to say about my experience with the Ken Strauss team! They managed the property I lived at for almost four years until it was sold by the owner. Maintenance requests were always handled in a timely manner. I only ever spoke with Liz and Andrea; both were always so nice. I do wish they had a portal for paying rent online just for convenience but other than that I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent.

Issues with my washer and my AC were fixed fast, like next day. Paying rent is easy and relatively affordable. I’ve loved my experience thus far and would highly recommend working with them.
